Erica believes every child should leave elementary school with the reading and math skills necessary for future success. Strong foundational skills give students the confidence and preparation they need as they move into middle school, high school, and beyond.
Every student deserves to be challenged, supported, and encouraged to reach their potential. Erica supports maintaining high expectations while ensuring students receive the resources and assistance they need to succeed.

Great schools depend on great educators and staff. With 19 years of experience in education, Erica understands the work that happens inside classrooms every day and believes teachers and staff should have the support and resources they need to serve students effectively.

Families and taxpayers deserve confidence that district resources are being used responsibly and with students’ needs in mind. Erica will approach financial decisions thoughtfully and focus district resources on supporting strong schools and student success.
Erica believes effective school board leadership requires listening. Parents, educators, staff, and community members should feel comfortable sharing their perspectives and know that their concerns are being taken seriously.
